用固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3-Al2O3作催化剂,以冰乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成乙酸异戊酯,考察了醇酸摩尔配比、反应时间、反应温度对反应收率的影响,得出反应的最佳条件为:反应时间30 min,原料异戊醇与冰乙酸的摩尔配比为2.0∶1.0,催化剂用量为乙酸用量的3%,固体超强酸SO24-/Fe2 O3-Al2 O3作催化剂时乙酸正丁酯的收率为96.5%。
用固體超彊痠SO42-/Fe2O3-Al2O3作催化劑,以冰乙痠和異戊醇為原料閤成乙痠異戊酯,攷察瞭醇痠摩爾配比、反應時間、反應溫度對反應收率的影響,得齣反應的最佳條件為:反應時間30 min,原料異戊醇與冰乙痠的摩爾配比為2.0∶1.0,催化劑用量為乙痠用量的3%,固體超彊痠SO24-/Fe2 O3-Al2 O3作催化劑時乙痠正丁酯的收率為96.5%。

Iso amylacetate was synthesized using glacial acetic acid and isoamylol as raw materials,with SO2-4/Fe2O3-Al2O3 super-solid acid as catalyst.The influences of the ratio of glacial acetic acid and isoamylol,the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the reaction yield were investigated.The best result of reaction was obtained.When the reaction time,the ratio of glacial acetic acid and isoamylol and the amout of catalyst was 30 min,2.0∶ 1.0 and 3%,respectively,the yield of iso amylacetate reached 96.5% with SO2-4/Fe2O3-Al2O3 super solid acid as catalyst.
