目的:探讨血糖仪与生化分析仪测定血糖的比对情况,为合理选择血糖检测方法提供参考。方法:选择2009年2月~2012年8月在我院门诊住院患者糖尿病人员共120例,上肢肘静脉和手指末端分别采血进行生化分析仪与血糖仪检测。结果:经过检测,生化分析仪检测的血糖值为(6.30±0.22)mmol/L,血糖仪检测的血糖值为(6.25±1.89)mmol/L,两种方法检测值对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。但是血糖仪检测的重复性不强,导致s值比较大。结论:血糖仪在糖尿病患者的血糖监测中有很大的局限性,在临床中要将血糖仪的监测和医院血糖检测结合使用,才能达到良好的血糖控制目的。

목적:탐토혈당의여생화분석의측정혈당적비대정황,위합리선택혈당검측방법제공삼고。방법:선택2009년2월~2012년8월재아원문진주원환자당뇨병인원공120례,상지주정맥화수지말단분별채혈진행생화분석의여혈당의검측。결과:경과검측,생화분석의검측적혈당치위(6.30±0.22)mmol/L,혈당의검측적혈당치위(6.25±1.89)mmol/L,량충방법검측치대비무명현차이(P>0.05)。단시혈당의검측적중복성불강,도치s치비교대。결론:혈당의재당뇨병환자적혈당감측중유흔대적국한성,재림상중요장혈당의적감측화의원혈당검측결합사용,재능체도량호적혈당공제목적。
Objective:To investigate the blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer than on blood sugar, and provide a reference for the reasonable choice of blood glucose testing method. Methods:From February 2009 to August 2012, a total of 120 cases of staff in our hospital hospitalized patients with diabetes, venous and finger blood samples were collected at the end of the upper limb elbow biochemical analyzer and blood glucose meter testing. Results:After testing, the the biochemical analyzer blood sugar value of (6.30± 0.22)mmol/L, blood glucose meter testing blood sugar value of (6.25±1.89)mmol/L, two methods for detecting the value of contrast was no significant difference(P>0.05). However, the reproducibility of the blood glucose meter detecting is not strong, resulting in the value of s is relatively large. Conclusion: The blood glucose meter glucose monitoring in diabetes has many limitations, combined To glucometer monitoring and hospital blood glucose testing in clinical use, in order to achieve good glycemic control purposes.
