The proposal,application and development of liquor flavor type were introduced,and its fate was discussed.Also,the different views of liquor flavor type appellation,the phenomena of liquor homogeneity and views of liquor flavor diversification were introduced.The authors suggested that to the majority of liquor brands,a reasonable plan of the liquor production scale should be made across a certain region,in order to facilitate the diversification of liquor styles and the construction of circular economy.
