针对当前水面舰艇面临的空中威胁,根据水面舰艇反导作战过程建立了相应的评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法计算其反导能力。该算法有多种常见的算子和指标处理方法,为兼顾对综合评判起作用的各因素,根据加权平均的原则进行选取,计算各级评估因素的隶属度函数及其组成的模糊关系矩阵,得到水面舰艇反导能力的一个评估值,实现了对其反导能力的量化评估。该算法能将不同水面舰艇的反导能力用评估值统一表示出来,可操作性强,结果直观明了,可给战场指挥员提供一定的辅助决策支持,对水面舰艇部队反导作战具有一定的现实意义。

In view of the current air threat to the surface warship,according to the surface warship anti-missile process,the corresponding evaluation index system is established and its anti-missile capability is calculated with the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The algorithm has many common operators and index processing methods,with the consideration of the impact factors of comprehensive evaluation and using the principle of selection of aweighted average,the evaluation factors at all levels of membership functions and fuzzy relation matrix is calculatted,the anti-missile capability capability evaluation value of a surface warship is got and the quantitative evaluation of the anti-missile capability is realized.This algorithm can express uniformly the anti-missile capability evaluation value of different surface ship,its operatibility and results intutive is clear,it can provide certain decision support to commander on the battlefield and has certain practical significance for the anti-missile operation of the surface warship.
