实验选取黑龙江省大庆市某集约化奶牛场年龄、胎次、体况及泌乳量相近的健康奶牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10头,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日粮中每头每天添加5、10和20 g过瘤胃甜菜碱,Ⅳ组为过瘤胃甜菜碱对照组。试验期从产前14 d至产后42 d,通过对试验奶牛产后乳蛋白(LP)、乳脂率(BF)、乳糖(SL)的分析,研究过瘤胃胆碱和甜菜碱对奶牛泌乳性能和生产性能的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,Ⅲ组乳脂率显著升高(P〈0.05),各试验组乳蛋白率、乳糖和非脂固形物不同程度高于对照组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);Ⅲ组干物质摄入量明显升高(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组泌乳量极显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论:20 g.头-1甜菜碱能够有效地提高奶牛的泌乳性能和生产性能。

실험선취흑룡강성대경시모집약화내우장년령、태차、체황급비유량상근적건강내우40두,수궤분위4조,매조10두,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조일량중매두매천첨가5、10화20 g과류위첨채감,Ⅳ조위과류위첨채감대조조。시험기종산전14 d지산후42 d,통과대시험내우산후유단백(LP)、유지솔(BF)、유당(SL)적분석,연구과류위담감화첨채감대내우비유성능화생산성능적영향。결과현시:여대조조상비,Ⅲ조유지솔현저승고(P〈0.05),각시험조유단백솔、유당화비지고형물불동정도고우대조조,단차이불현저(P〉0.05);Ⅲ조간물질섭입량명현승고(P〈0.05),Ⅲ조비유량겁현저승고(P〈0.01)。결론:20 g.두-1첨채감능구유효지제고내우적비유성능화생산성능。
In this experiment,forty tested cows that were from an intensive dairy farm were divided randomly into eight groups(in turn I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,10 cows per group),according to different dosage of rumen-protected betaine(5,10,20 and 0 g dosage of betaine,per day for each cow) supplemented into diet from day 14 before calving to day 42 after calving.Meanwhile,effect of rumen-protected betaine on milk yield and production performances.Results showed that compared to control group,milk fat rate significantly increases in groupⅦ(P0.05);there is a no significant diference in milk protein rate,lactose,and non-fat solidin all test groups(P0.05).dry matter intake increase markedly in group Ⅶ(P0.05),and milk yield increased very significantly in Ⅱ group(P0.01).Conclusion obtained that 20 g rumen-protected betaine per cow may more effectively improve milk performance and reproductive performance of dairy cows.
