建立了一种检测转化学合成白藜芦醇的高效液相色谱法。采用250×4.6 mm、5μm的C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸(40∶60),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10μL,波长为306 nm,检测器为PDA。实验结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,白藜芦醇相关系数r=0.999 9,回收率为98.0%~100.8%,准确度高。解决了化学合成白藜芦醇的检测难题,具有实际应用价值。

A method was established to determine the content of synthetic resveratrol by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).A phenomenex luna-C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5μm) was used with 1.0 mL/min acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid as mobile phase and detection wave length was 306 nm.Good linear relationship of the calibration curves of resveratrol(r = 0.999 9) was obtained and the recovery rate of resveratrol was 98.0%~100.8%.The method solves the problem of determining synthetic resveratrol,which is of great practical value.
