研究了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺在氧化还原引发体系下合成了阳离子型有机高分子聚合物PDA,试验考察了DMDAAC与AM配比、引发剂体系、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应pH对聚合物PDA的特性粘数影响。以单因素试验确定最优操作方案:m(DMDAAC):m(AM)=1:4;引发剂为(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3,用量为单体的0.5%;反应温度为50℃;反应pH为3。并用红外光谱对聚合物的结构进行了表征,同时对聚合物的絮凝与脱色作用也进行了实验。实验结果表明PDA投加量为90 mg/L时垃圾渗沥水的COD去除率达到73.45%,色度去除率达到91.06%。

The research was using diallyldimethylammonium chloride and acrylamide to synthetize cation type organic polymer PDA.The test investigated the ratio of DMDAAC and AM,initiator system,initiator,reaction temperature and reaction pH to the influence of Polymer PDA in characteristic viscosity.the optimum operation scheme by single factor experiment:m(DMDAAC):m(AM)=1:4,initiator was(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3,the dosage was about 0.5 % of the monomer,the reaction temperature was 50 ℃,the reaction pH value was 3 and then used infrared spectrum to characterize the structure of polymer.And at the same time investigated the flocculation and decolorization effect of polymer through experiments.Experimental results showed,when additive amount of PDA was 90 mg/L,the COD strainaway rate of landfill leachate waterlogging could reach 73.45 %,and the strainaway rate of chromaticity reached 91.06 %.
