Presented the long-term cotton projections to 2020 of the United States and World from the United States Department of Agriculture（USDA）,and introduced some payments policies of U.S.government on cotton. Reviewed the dynamic change of domestic and international cotton market,and analyzed the trends of global cotton trade in the next decade.Concluded that,as the subsequent economic recovery,although there were various impact factors,the global cotton trade was projected to rise gradually over the next decade.
