针对项目多、时间紧、任务重、人员少和科研生产高度交叉的实际情况,从充分保障型号产品科研生产顺利进行和促进专业技术发展的目的出发,突破以往单一依托预研课题进行工艺技术研究的模式,对工艺研究管理的流程和方法进行了探索。通过面向更广泛需求,调动更广泛工艺技术人员参与,开设短、平、快内部专项工艺研究项目,有力地促进了各项工作的开展,在完成任务和锻炼工艺队伍相结合方面取得了一些有益的经验。

Management flows and methods for technological development are discussed in this paper according to the actual situations featuring various projects,tight schedules,heavy tasks,inadequate personnel as well as high intercrossing between scientific research and production.To guarantee successful implementation of the scientific research and fabrication of typical products and to stimulate the development of specialized techniques,the conventional mode of the technological development,which merely relies on advanced research projects,is broken through.For wider requirements and to involve more and more technologists to participate,the internal technological research projects with little investment but quick result are set up.By this means,varieties of technological work are promoted a lot.Moreover,some helpful experience is also obtained in the combination of task fulfillment and technological team training.
