采用核壳-无皂乳液聚合技术,以丙烯酸丁酯为核,苯乙烯为壳,合成了具有高稳定性的聚(苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯)乳液.同时,还对不同配方的乳液及其涂膜的综合性能进行了研究,总结了组成与性能之间的关系;考察了引发剂浓度、齐聚物浓度以及反应温度对乳液性能的影响.通过单因素的分析,确定了各因素的最佳配比,硬软单体比例为St/BA=70/30,其中齐聚物MMA/AA=6/1,齐聚物的质量为单体总质量的6.0%,在壳聚合中AA占单体总量的5.0%,引发剂的用量为单体总质量的0.4%,交联剂的用量为单体总质量的0.5%。制得的乳液综合性能良好.
採用覈殼-無皂乳液聚閤技術,以丙烯痠丁酯為覈,苯乙烯為殼,閤成瞭具有高穩定性的聚(苯乙烯/丙烯痠丁酯)乳液.同時,還對不同配方的乳液及其塗膜的綜閤性能進行瞭研究,總結瞭組成與性能之間的關繫;攷察瞭引髮劑濃度、齊聚物濃度以及反應溫度對乳液性能的影響.通過單因素的分析,確定瞭各因素的最佳配比,硬軟單體比例為St/BA=70/30,其中齊聚物MMA/AA=6/1,齊聚物的質量為單體總質量的6.0%,在殼聚閤中AA佔單體總量的5.0%,引髮劑的用量為單體總質量的0.4%,交聯劑的用量為單體總質量的0.5%。製得的乳液綜閤性能良好.

A composite core-shell and soap-free poly(styrene/butylacylate) P(St/BA) emulsion with high stability was studied in this paper, in which the poly(butylacrylate)was the core and the poly(styrene) was the shell. The influence of monomer components on synthetic properties of the emulsion and its coating was researched. The influence factors to the performance of the emulsion in different concentration of initiator and oligomer were investigated. This paper also studied the effect of temperature on the property of the emulsion. The best dosage of various factors was gained by the single analysis of various factors. There were as follows: the ratio of "soft" monomers and "stiff" monomers (St/BA) was 70/30, MMA/AA was 6/1,oligomer was 6.0%,AA in the shell was 5.0%,initiator was 0.4%, and crosslinker was 0.5%.
