为了提高南方红豆杉幼苗的移栽成活率,本文以南方红豆杉2年生苗为试验材料,在不同土壤水分处理情况下研究苗木生长情况并测定其叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及根系活力的变化。结果表明,45%的土壤含水量最适宜南方红豆杉幼苗生长,而干旱或者水涝都会影响幼苗的成活率。

In this paper, in order to improve the transplanting survival rate of the seedlings of Taxus chinensis var. mairei, its two- year-old seedlings were taken as the experimental materials to study their growth in soil of different moisture contents, and the leaf' s relative water contents, relative conductivities, soluble carbohydrate contents, malondialdehyde (MDA) contents and changes of root vigor were measured. The results showed that the 45 % soil moisture content was the most suitable for the seedling growth, while drought or water logging had harmful influence on the survival rate of the seedlings.
