我国目前的债定义存在缺陷,忽视了单方法律行为产生债这一点,应当予以修正。未来民法典中的债法在制度结构上应当规定债法通则,这样才符合体系化的内在要求。债法通则板块应当包括八部分内容,债法分则部分则应当包括四部分内容。在规定债法通则和债法分则时,各有若干特殊规则应当予以注意。

The definition of debt in civil law at present neglects unilateral act, which needs to be modified. The general rules of debt law should be regulated, and this meets with the inner need of civil code. The general rules of debt law include eight parts, while the sub-rules of debt law include four parts. Lots of principles should watched out during the process of making debt law.
