目前高职教师计算机应用能力培训普遍存在的问题,可以归纳为四个方面:教师培训观念上存在误区;培训内容脱离教学实践,教师真正的教学需求难以满足;基础不同,步调难统一,培训形式单一、手段落后,效果不明显;评估机制不完善。解决问题的策略有四:转变观念,树立正确的培训观;合理选取内容,实施模块化培训,增强实用性和针对性;因材施教,明确目标,分层教学,形式多样;进一步完善培训评价体系,丰富评价的多样性。

목전고직교사계산궤응용능력배훈보편존재적문제,가이귀납위사개방면:교사배훈관념상존재오구;배훈내용탈리교학실천,교사진정적교학수구난이만족;기출불동,보조난통일,배훈형식단일、수단락후,효과불명현;평고궤제불완선。해결문제적책략유사:전변관념,수립정학적배훈관;합리선취내용,실시모괴화배훈,증강실용성화침대성;인재시교,명학목표,분층교학,형식다양;진일보완선배훈평개체계,봉부평개적다양성。
Currently,common problems in computer skill training for teachers in higher vocational schools include: the notion of teacher training is not understood properly;the training is not closely connected with the teaching practice;the training effect is not obvious;evaluation mechanisms are inadequate.Problem-solving strategies include: establishing a correct view of training;selecting training content reasonably;adopting modular training programs to enhance the usefulness and relevance;and so on and so forth.
