目前高职教师计算机应用能力培训普遍存在的问题,可以归纳为四个方面：教师培训观念上存在误区;培训内容脱离教学实践,教师真正的教学需求难以满足;基础不同,步调难统一,培训形式单一、手段落后,效果不明显;评估机制不完善。解决问题的策略有四：转变观念,树立正确的培训观;合理选取内容,实施模块化培训,增强实用性和针对性;因材施教,明确目标,分层教学,形式多样;进一步完善培训评价体系,丰富评价的多样性。

Currently,common problems in computer skill training for teachers in higher vocational schools include： the notion of teacher training is not understood properly;the training is not closely connected with the teaching practice;the training effect is not obvious;evaluation mechanisms are inadequate.Problem-solving strategies include： establishing a correct view of training;selecting training content reasonably;adopting modular training programs to enhance the usefulness and relevance;and so on and so forth.
