The Huis' residential environment, mode of management, and dietetic habit ofHui ethncic group in modem Baoding are analyzed. It helps people to understand the Muslim catering culture based on Halal snack. And the experience is summed up from old and famous shops which would be beneficial for modem Muslim catering trade.
