针对当前高等院校工科学生毕业以后,不能很好地适合社会工作岗位的需要,所学的理论与工作所要求的实际不能很好地相融合到一起这一现象,提出了一种在高等教育中比较实用的、有助于职业技能培训的实践教学模式.在该种实践教学模式中,分别从转变教学理念、树立学生知识实际应用意识、加强学生知识综合应用能力培养、提高学生实际动手能力、培养学生学习兴趣五个方面进行了详细的阐述,并结合了实际教学案例.通过教学案例的对比分析,最终得到了令人满意的结果,证明此种实践教学模式完全有实际应用的价值,值得高等教育工作者进一步分析和探讨.

Aiming at colleges and universities engineering students after graduation can not very well suitable for social work needs, and the phenomenon that theories and actual job requires can not very well combining together, we proposes a more practical and conducive vocational skills training teaching mode for higher education. In the practice teaching mode, we expound, such as, the change in teaching concept, setting up the knowledge application consciousness of students, to strengthen students' knowledge comprehensive application ability training, improving students' practical ability, cultivating students' interest of learning in detail, and combine the actual teaching case. Through the compara- tive analysis of the teaching case, finally we got satisfactory results, and proved that this kind of practice teaching mode totally has the practical application value so higher education workers deserves further on analysis and discussing.
