针对高压共轨燃油喷射系统已广泛应用于柴油发动机而又被国外垄断的现状,在自主研发了高压共轨燃油喷射试验台的基础上开展了喷油特性实验,获取了共轨系统的基本喷油特性和共轨压力传感器的特性实验,分析得到了共轨压力、喷油脉宽与喷油量、回油量间的关系和共轨压力传感器输出特性,为自主开发高压共轨系统及其控制单元奠定了基础。
針對高壓共軌燃油噴射繫統已廣汎應用于柴油髮動機而又被國外壟斷的現狀,在自主研髮瞭高壓共軌燃油噴射試驗檯的基礎上開展瞭噴油特性實驗,穫取瞭共軌繫統的基本噴油特性和共軌壓力傳感器的特性實驗,分析得到瞭共軌壓力、噴油脈寬與噴油量、迴油量間的關繫和共軌壓力傳感器輸齣特性,為自主開髮高壓共軌繫統及其控製單元奠定瞭基礎。

High-pressure common-rail fuel spray system has been widely used in disesel engine but monopolized by foreign countries now.On the basis of researching high-pressure common-rail fuel spray test bench,oil injection characteristic test was carried on to achieve basic lil spraying characteristics and characteristic test of common-rail pressure sensor which were analyzed to gain relation among common-rail pressure,spraying pulse width and distributive value,scavenger oil value,and characteristics of common-pressure sensor output,which lay a foundation to self-developed high-pressure common-rail system and its control unit.
