在现场生产中发现相同负荷下2台机组的背压相差比较大,通过对影响机组背压的各种因素进行分析,得出结论:(1)风速在3 m/s以下时,对机组的背压影响较小,风速在5m/s以上时,对机组的背压影响很大;(2)东南风和东北风对空冷机组的背压影响最大。

재현장생산중발현상동부하하2태궤조적배압상차비교대,통과대영향궤조배압적각충인소진행분석,득출결론:(1)풍속재3 m/s이하시,대궤조적배압영향교소,풍속재5m/s이상시,대궤조적배압영향흔대;(2)동남풍화동북풍대공랭궤조적배압영향최대。
Under the same load two units have large difference back pressure in the operation,through analyzing the influencing factors,concludes that: when the wind speed is below 3 m/s,it influence on the back pressure of unit is smaller,when the wind speed is above 5 m/s,it influence on the back pressure of unit is large,the southeast wind or northeast wind influence on the back pressure of unit is the largest.
