采用水溶性钛酸酯与聚乙烯醇进行交联,考察了交联聚乙烯醇溶液的粘度与水溶性钛酸酯交联剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间的关系。结果表明,聚乙烯醇与水溶性钛酸酯交联反应速度很快,基本能在15min内反应完全,溶液的粘度随着水溶性钛酸酯用量和反应温度的升高而增大。交联聚乙烯醇溶液可用作无醛办公胶水。
採用水溶性鈦痠酯與聚乙烯醇進行交聯,攷察瞭交聯聚乙烯醇溶液的粘度與水溶性鈦痠酯交聯劑的用量、反應溫度及反應時間的關繫。結果錶明,聚乙烯醇與水溶性鈦痠酯交聯反應速度很快,基本能在15min內反應完全,溶液的粘度隨著水溶性鈦痠酯用量和反應溫度的升高而增大。交聯聚乙烯醇溶液可用作無醛辦公膠水。
채용수용성태산지여취을희순진행교련,고찰료교련취을희순용액적점도여수용성태산지교련제적용량、반응온도급반응시간적관계。결과표명,취을희순여수용성태산지교련반응속도흔쾌,기본능재15min내반응완전,용액적점도수착수용성태산지용량화반응온도적승고이증대。교련취을희순용액가용작무철판공효수。
Polyvinyl alcohol is cross - linked with water - soluble titanate, the relationship of cross - linked polyvinyl alcohol solution viscosity with titanate content, reaction temperature and reaction time is investigated. The results show that the crosslinking reaction between polyvinyl alcohol and water - soluble titanate is completed in 15 rain, and the solution viscosity increases with the increase of titanate content and reaction temperature. The cross -linked polyvinyl alcohol solution can be used as non -formaldehyde office glue.
