新时期学前教育专业在快速发展的同时,专任教师队伍建设中存在着部分教师专业意识欠缺、实践能力偏低以及职后培训形式单一、针对性不强等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了构建合理的师资结构,强化兼职、外聘教师队伍的建设,抓好入职培训环节,构建科学的职后培养模式,形成良好评价机制等应对对策。

The major of pre-school education develops rapidly in the new era but some problems such as poor professional consciousness,lowering in practical ability,form single in post-profession training and weak focalization exist in part of teachers in the full-time teaching staff construction.Aimed at these problems,this paper puts forward some useful countermeasures.
