为提高在轨剩余推进剂测量精度,根据气体注入法测量推进剂剩余量的原理,结合地面试验情况,针对地面试验和卫星在轨的环境差异对测量结果的影响进行了分析,结果表明:气体注入法的地面试验结果能够反映在轨实施的测量情况;在轨环境与地面环境的差异对于温度测量的影响,可以通过延长试验的测量时间和增加测温点等手段加以消除。
為提高在軌剩餘推進劑測量精度,根據氣體註入法測量推進劑剩餘量的原理,結閤地麵試驗情況,針對地麵試驗和衛星在軌的環境差異對測量結果的影響進行瞭分析,結果錶明:氣體註入法的地麵試驗結果能夠反映在軌實施的測量情況;在軌環境與地麵環境的差異對于溫度測量的影響,可以通過延長試驗的測量時間和增加測溫點等手段加以消除。

To improve the precision of the remaining propellant gauging in space,based on the theory of gas injection method for remaining propellant gauging,a ground test of propellant gauging system is carried out.In this paper,the effect on the result of propellant gauging is analysed which is caused by the difference between the in-orbit environment and the ground one.It is confirmed that the ground test result of gas injection method can represent the precision of on-orbit implementation.The error of the temperature measure,which is caused by the difference between the on-orbit environment and the ground one,can be decreased by extending the test time and increasing the temperature measure points.
