在一定程度上,侦查讯问可以被视作是一种特殊的说服过程。社会心理学上的说服模型从传播的角度全面分析了整个说服过程,它对侦查讯问中促使犯罪嫌疑人改变拒供态度具有很重要的借鉴意义。侦查讯问中同样可以构建出符合其自身特点的说服模型,其构成要素中的讯问者、讯问信息、讯问对象、讯问情境对讯问的说服效果有着非常重要的影响作用。
