Human Resource management%two certificates connection%teaching model
创新高职专业教学模式，突出职业能力培养，实现学历教育与国家职业资格证书体系衔接是高职教育改革的重要途径。文章基于社会人才市场对实用型专业人才多元化需求的特点及高职教育以就业为导向、注重职业技能培养的要求，对《人力资源管理》课程实施“双证”融通教学的现状进行分析，从“双证”融通教学模块体系和“双证”融通教学支撑体系两个方面探讨《人力资源管理》“双证”融通教学模式。
創新高職專業教學模式，突齣職業能力培養，實現學歷教育與國傢職業資格證書體繫銜接是高職教育改革的重要途徑。文章基于社會人纔市場對實用型專業人纔多元化需求的特點及高職教育以就業為導嚮、註重職業技能培養的要求，對《人力資源管理》課程實施“雙證”融通教學的現狀進行分析，從“雙證”融通教學模塊體繫和“雙證”融通教學支撐體繫兩箇方麵探討《人力資源管理》“雙證”融通教學模式。
창신고직전업교학모식，돌출직업능력배양，실현학력교육여국가직업자격증서체계함접시고직교육개혁적중요도경。문장기우사회인재시장대실용형전업인재다원화수구적특점급고직교육이취업위도향、주중직업기능배양적요구，대《인력자원관리》과정실시“쌍증”융통교학적현상진행분석，종“쌍증”융통교학모괴체계화“쌍증”융통교학지탱체계량개방면탐토《인력자원관리》“쌍증”융통교학모식。
To innovate professinal teaching model of vocatinal schools,to highlight the cultivation of occupational capabilities and to achievethe connection between academic education and national occupational qualification certificate system are important ways for vacational education reform.The Paper, based on the characteristice of diversified demand of social labof maket on practical talents, oriented by employment and based on the requirementon occupational skill cultivation, analyzed the status quo of implementing＂two -certificate＂ connection of Human Resource Management Courses and idcusses the teaching model of ＂two-certificate＂connection of Humana Resource Management in tow respects of ＂two -certificate＂connection teaching model system and ＂two-certificate＂connection teaching supporting system.
