    Qianchenglun （meaning：Relocate the City） is one of the few ancient research articles about urban flood hazard. The article is written by Zuo Peiyan in the late Ming Dynasty. It put forward a opinion, that is, to relocate the Yaozhou City in order to avoid the flood. History proves that this opinion is very wise and foresighted.
