    以手机电极为例介绍了电火花加工中电极的结构设计与加工要求,根据加工要求研究了手机电极的加工工艺,并以JDPaint5.50为平台进行了手机电极的模拟加工,证明能够达到产品技术要求。

    In this paper,the structural design and processing requirement of the electrode in the EDM is presented by using the example of the overall electrode of mobile phones,and according to processing requirement,processing technic of the overall electrode of mobile phones is investigated,then,the overall electrode of mobile phone is simulated and processed with JDPaint5.50 to show that the electrode of mobile phone meet to technical requirement.
