目的：探讨血清 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40联合检测在卵巢癌诊断及疗效的临床价值方法采用电化学发光法和 elisa 法测定卵巢癌患者、卵巢良性疾病和正常对照组的 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40水平，评价其在卵巢癌早期诊断和病情监测、预后评估中的价值。结果卵巢癌组的 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40水平明显高于卵巢良性疾病组和正常对照组的水平。He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40的联合检测能有效提高敏感性及准确性。结论 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40的联合检测可有效提高卵巢癌早期诊断率。

목적：탐토혈청 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40연합검측재란소암진단급료효적림상개치방법채용전화학발광법화 elisa 법측정란소암환자、란소량성질병화정상대조조적 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40수평，평개기재란소암조기진단화병정감측、예후평고중적개치。결과란소암조적 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40수평명현고우란소량성질병조화정상대조조적수평。He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40적연합검측능유효제고민감성급준학성。결론 He4、tsGf、ca125、YKl-40적연합검측가유효제고란소암조기진단솔。
Objective to investigate the clinical value of combined measurement of He4 YKl-40 ca125 and YKl-40 used in ovarian cancer diagnosis and curative effect. Method He4、 tsGf ca125 、 YKl-40 were measured in ovarian cancer and benign lesions with the electrochemical luminescence method and elisa method. Result He4、 tsGf ca125 、 YKl-40 in group of ovarian cancer is significantly higher than that of benign lesion and normal group. Combined measurement of HE4 YKl-40 ca125 and YKl-40 is useful in improvement the sensitivity and accuracy. Conclusion combined measurement of He4 YKl-40 ca125 and YKl-40 is useful in increasing early diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer. .
