采用不同的供试材料与球孢白僵菌孢子粉混合培养的方法,研究了10种不同的高分子材料与球孢白僵菌分生孢子的生物相容性。结果表明,球孢白僵菌孢子悬浮液与甲基纤维素钠、预胶化淀粉、阿拉伯胶和明胶预混6h后,孢子的发芽率与对照之间无显著性差异;与预胶化淀粉、海藻胶、甲基纤维素钠、明胶、羧甲基纤维素钠和阿拉伯胶在室温下混合贮存12个月后,萌发率仍达75%以上,均显著高于对照;加入明胶、预胶化淀粉和甲基纤维素钠对于菌落的直径生长无显著影响;加有预胶化淀粉、阿拉伯胶、明胶等的培养基产孢量与对照相比无显著性差异。综合比较,相容性能最好的材料依次为预胶化淀粉、明胶和甲基纤维素钠。

In the present paper,the compatibility of 10 macromolecular materials to conidial viability of Beauveria bassiana was tested by mixing and co-incubation.The results showed that the conidia mixed with methyl cellulose sodium,pre-screened plastic starch,arabic gum and gelatin for 6 h germinated with no significant difference to those of untreated control.The conidia premixed with prescreened plastic starch,alginate jelly,methyl cellulose sodium,gelatin,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and arabic gum and stored for 12 months at room temperature could germinate up to 75%,significantly higher than those of the control,suggesting a good protection to the conidia.The mixing with gelatin,pre-screened plastic starch and methyl cellulose sodium did not significantly affect fungal growth measured in colony diameter and sporulation.As compared integratedly,the materials with the highest compatibility to the conidia of B.bassiana were in an order of pre-screened plastic starch,gelatin and methyl cellulose sodium.
