Multi project management is an inevitable trend in the construction business development and project implementation process.a number of management thinking on how to use existing human resources portfolio,to improve multi-project management capabilities on the basis of the existing manpower,to achieve human and professional resources sharing as far as possible,and to improve the performance of human resource management,are provided for enterprises in this paper.
