目的 比较牙本质经过硼酸钠漂白后在不同时间粘接树脂,其抗剪强度变化及粘接界面的超微形态.方法 18颗恒前磨牙随机分为3组.A组为对照组:人工唾液内3周后制备牙本质粘接面,粘接树脂.B组:牙齿漂白3周后制备牙本质粘接面,粘接树脂;C组:牙齿漂白3周,人工唾液内储存2周后制备牙本质粘接面,粘接树脂.电子万能材料实验机测试抗剪粘接强度;扫描电镜观察粘接界面超微形态.结果 ①抗剪强度测试结果:A组:18.61±3.56MPa;B组:12.10±2.64MPa;C组:16.78±2.84MPa.②统计学分析:单因素方差分析表明三组样本均数之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05).各样本均数的两两比较(SNK-q法)结果显示A与B组,B与C组的抗剪强度值差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),而A与C组的抗剪强度值之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).③粘接界面的SEM观察结果:A组粘接界面上可见大量的树脂突渗入牙本质小管内,树脂突的长度较长并且均匀.B组粘接界面上的树脂突稀少,长度较短并且长短不一.C组粘接界面可见有较多的树脂突,长度均匀但较为短小.结论 过硼酸钠漂白后牙本质的粘接时间对牙本质与树脂的粘接强度有影响:牙齿漂白后即刻粘接树脂,会降低牙本质与树脂的粘接强度,而漂白后延迟2周再粘接树脂能够恢复牙本质与树脂的粘接强度.

Objective To compare the shear bond strength of the dentin/composite interface in different time points after tooth bleaching with the sodium perborate and to observe the interface of each group under scanning electron microscope (SEM).Methods Eighteen intact premolars were randomly divided into 3 bonding groups (n=6): group A (control), specimens only immersed in artificial saliva for 3 weeks before adhesion; group B, specimens only bleached with 6 hours per day for 3 weeks before adhesion; group C, specimens bleached with 6 hours per day for 3 weeks and immersed in artificial saliva for further 2 weeks before adhesion. Five specimens from each group were randomly submitted to shear bond strength test. One specimen from each group was sectioned buccal-lingually, the profile of one section randomly selected was observed under SEM.Results ①Mean of shear bond strength of group A, B, and C was as followed respectively: 18.61±3.56MPa, 12.10±2.64MPa, and 16.78±2.84MPa. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) results indicated that there was significant difference of shear bond strength (P<0.05); Multiple comparison (SNK-q) results indicated that significant difference of shear bond strength values existed between group A and B (P<0.05), group B and C (P<0.05); no significant difference existed between group A and C (P>0.05). ②SEM examination of dentin/composite interfaces showed: the number of resin tags presented in the dentin/composite interface was most in group A, the length of resin tags was long and uniform; the number of resin tags was sparse in group B, the length of resin tags was shorter than that of group A; the number of resin tags in group C was much more than that in group B, the length of resin tags was uniform but short.Conclusion The use of sodium perborate immediately before bonding significantly reduces bond strength,but immersion of bleached teeth in artificial saliva for 2 weeks before bonding results in a return to the bond strength of control group.
