以平菇与香菇的原生质体进行融合,经初筛获得5个新菌株,其茵丝生长速度、纤维素酶活力(FPA酶活、CMC酶活)、木质素酶活力(漆酶酶活)得到明显提高,其中R23菌株在26℃下培养茵丝生长速度最快,且漆酶产酶能力显著高于亲本,R8茵株最耐高温,R24菌株的纤维素酶活力表现最优;酯酶同工酶谱分析结果显示R4、R15、R24新菌株含有香菇和平菇双亲的酶谱条带.

Five fusants by protoplast fusion between Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes were screened. These five fusants showed a better growth velocity, higher growth temperature, enzyme activity of cellulase(FPA、CMC) and laccase. The result implied that R23 was better in growth velocity under normal temperature(26℃) and the capacity of laccase production was significantly higher than its parents, R8 growed fastest under 34℃ and 37℃, R24 was the highest in cellulase production. Comparative study on esterase isozymes showed that most of the new stains (including the strains R4, R15 and R24) have some new bands that differ from their parents.
