以BMPR-IB基因为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法测定了小尾寒羊和无角道赛特及其杂一代的基因型,并对该位点不同基因型与产羔数之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明,小尾寒羊BB、B+、++基因型频率分别是30.0%、66.0%、4.0%;无角道赛特只有++型为1.0;道寒F_1代没有BB型,B+和++的基因型频率分别为72.0%和28.0%.经x~2检验,小尾寒羊的基因型和产羔数的关系密切,样本在该位点未达到Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,基因型++、B+、BB的品种平均窝产羔数分别为1.00±0.00、1.67±0.11、2.40±0.13,差异极显著(P<0.01).

Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB(BMPR-IB)gene,which was detected in small tailed han sheep,poll dorset sheep and their hybrid F1 generation sheep(small tailed han sheep×poll dorset sheep,hereafter be shorted a8 Han-dorset F1)by PCR-RFLP,as a candidate gene,and the relationship between different genotypes and litter size in BMPR-IB gene Was analyzed in this paper.The results indicated that the genotype frequency of BB.B+ and++ of small tailed han sheep were 30.0%,66.0%and 4.0%,respectively;only++genotype wag detected in poll dorset sheep,and its genotype frequency wag 1.0;BB genotype Wag not detected in Han-dorset F1,the genotype frequency of B+and++were 72.0%and 28.0%,respectively.The relationship between genotype and litter size in han sheep wag verified by X~2,and the results revealed that this locus was out of Hardy-Weinberg balance.Average litter size of++,B+and BB were 1.00±0.00,1.67±0.11 and 2.40±0.13,respectively,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).
