以经济实用为原则,提出内置式煤塔的捣固工艺布局,在顶装焦炉的基础上,利用原有煤塔结构,增设1座捣固站,将煤料送至焦炉机侧的装煤车顶部.该设计方案可对装煤车的煤箱实现连续均匀布煤,具有基建投资少、建设难度小、维护方便等特点.

Based on the economic and practical principle, the arrangement of stamping process with the inside coal tower was given. On the basis of top charging coke oven, by utilization of the existing coal tower structure, one stamping station was built, coal charge is delivered to the top of the charging car on he push-er ide of coke oven. This designed proposal can realize continuous and uniform coal distribution into coal box of the charging car, it is characterized by less capital construction investment, less difficulties for con-struction and east for maintenance.
