This article makes a detailed analysis of the origins of the dispute settlement system in Sino-Paki-stan Free Trade Agreement and examines its legal basis and the structure and procedures of the dis-pute-settling institution as well as the relevance of the system in Sino-Pakistani free trade arrangement to the corresponding WTO system.
