将集装箱底板芯板用定向刨花板细分为等厚均质各向异性薄层,定向刨花板可以看成这些薄层所构成的对称于中面的层合板.通过激光测量刨花铺装角度及X射线测量薄层的密度,可分析每一薄层因密度的增加而引起的弹性模量的变化,运用VBA编程来模拟刨花角度的分布,建立了刨花板弹性模量预测模型.模型预测值与实验值不超过3.7%.通过预测分析各薄层对板弹性模量的贡献表明,占总重量为50%的表板定向层对纵向弹性模量的贡献率为90%,对横向弹性模量的贡献率为74%.

The oriented strand board (OSB) made for the container flooring's core is divided into thin anisotropic layers with the same thickness and homogeneity. Then the OSB can be treated as a laminate panel configured with those thin OSB layers. With an X-ray system to measure the vertical density profile of the OSB, Modulus of Elasticity (MOE of each thin layer was affected by density. A laser detector was used to measure the strand angle in the mat, and the Visual Basic for Application (VBA) was applied to model the strand angle distribution. Thus the MOE of every thin layer and the MOE of the entire OSB can be simulated, The results indicated that the modeled MOE was only 3.7% higher than the true one. The layer's contribution to the whole OSB can be predicted using the model, as well. The faces (50% of weight) made an approximate 90% contribution in the parallel MOE and 74% in perpendicular MOE.
