目的 了解非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素、胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗的水平.方法 选择非酒精性脂肪肝患者40例和健康对照组40例,测定所有研究对象的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(Inso)、血脂、血清瘦素(Leptin)、身高、体质量,计算其体质量指数和胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR).结果 (1)非酒精性脂肪肝组Leptin和HOMA-IR均显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)通过多元回归相关分析发现,非酒精性脂肪肝与Leptin、Inso及HOMA-IR均呈独立正相关.结论 高Leptin、高Inso和HOMA-IR在非酒精性脂肪肝发病中起重要作用.

목적 료해비주정성지방간환자혈청수소、이도소화이도소저항적수평.방법 선택비주정성지방간환자40례화건강대조조40례,측정소유연구대상적공복혈당(FPG)、공복이도소(Inso)、혈지、혈청수소(Leptin)、신고、체질량,계산기체질량지수화이도소저항(HOMA-IR).결과 (1)비주정성지방간조Leptin화HOMA-IR균현저고우건강대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);(2)통과다원회귀상관분석발현,비주정성지방간여Leptin、Inso급HOMA-IR균정독립정상관.결론 고Leptin、고Inso화HOMA-IR재비주정성지방간발병중기중요작용.
Objective To study the levels of Leptin,insulin and insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty disease.Methods 40 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected for this study as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group and 40 healthy subjects were set up as control group.The serum levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,blood lipids,Leptin,body weight and height were measured,Their body mass index(BMI)and HOMA-IR were calculated.Results (1)The serum of Leptin and Insulin in the patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);(2)Significant correlations were found among the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with Leptin,Insulin and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The high serum levels of Leptin, Insulin and Insulin resistance play important roles in the initiation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
