采用高效液相色谱法测定不同陈化时间和条件下烤烟中芸香苷含量及烟叶颜色的变化,分析芸香苷含量变化与烟叶褐变的关系.结果表明,陈化过程中温度越高、湿度越大,烤烟K326和云烟85的芸香苷含量越低,褐变度越大.
採用高效液相色譜法測定不同陳化時間和條件下烤煙中蕓香苷含量及煙葉顏色的變化,分析蕓香苷含量變化與煙葉褐變的關繫.結果錶明,陳化過程中溫度越高、濕度越大,烤煙K326和雲煙85的蕓香苷含量越低,褐變度越大.

The change of rutin content and the color of flue-cured tobacco under different aging conditions was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and the relationship between the change of rutin content and tobacco browning was analyzed. The results showed that the higher the temperature and the humidity was, the lower the rutin content in K326 and Yunyan 85 was and the bigger the browning degree was.
