[目的]研究柱花草的间接再生体系.[方法]以"热研2号"柱花草为材料,研究激素、培养方法、培养条件对外植体脱分化与再分化的影响.[结果]2.0 mg/L NAA能加快柱花草外植体愈伤组织启动, 0.1~0.3 mg/L BA有利于外植体脱分化和愈伤组织形成,并能促进芽的再生.NAA与BA配合使用能改善愈伤组织的质量,提高生长速度,促进芽的形成.高浓度NAA与适当浓度BA配合能分化丛生芽.低温短光照预处理能加快外植体愈伤组织启动.低温短光照预处理和昼夜温差预处理均能明显提高外植体分化成芽率,暗培养能促进愈伤组织分化和芽的生成.[结论]NAA与BA配合使用时表现出互作效应,其互作效应受光温条件的影响.

[Objective]The research aimed to study the indirect regeneration system of Stylosanthes. [Method] Hormones and culture conditions, effects on edeifferentiation and redifferentiation of explant which was from "Reyan No. 2" Stylosanthes were studied. [Result] Explants took place when they were cultured with 2.0 mg/L NAA. 0.1-0.3 mg/L BA could stimulate dedifferentiation, callus formation and bud regeneration. With proper BA, NAA could improve callus quality, accelerate its growth rate, and stimulate bud formation. Higher NAA combined with proper BA could increase the production of bunch buds. Callus initiation of explants pretreated by low-temperature-short-photoperiod was earlier than that of non- temperature-short-photoperiod or diurnal-temperature-difference. [Conclusion] Interaction of NAA and BA was affected by different illumination and temperature conditions.
