试验探讨了金银花对畜禽致病菌的体外抑菌作用.应用牛津杯法和试管2倍稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、猪链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究,2种试验结果一致表明,金银花对上述细菌均有抑菌作用.其中,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和链球菌有较好的抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度为1/32 g/mL,对绿脓杆菌有较低的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度为1/8 g/mL.
試驗探討瞭金銀花對畜禽緻病菌的體外抑菌作用.應用牛津杯法和試管2倍稀釋法對金黃色葡萄毬菌、綠膿桿菌、大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌、豬鏈毬菌抑菌作用進行瞭研究,2種試驗結果一緻錶明,金銀花對上述細菌均有抑菌作用.其中,對金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌和鏈毬菌有較好的抑菌作用,最小抑菌濃度為1/32 g/mL,對綠膿桿菌有較低的抑製作用,最小抑菌濃度為1/8 g/mL.
시험탐토료금은화대축금치병균적체외억균작용.응용우진배법화시관2배희석법대금황색포도구균、록농간균、대장간균、사문씨균、저련구균억균작용진행료연구,2충시험결과일치표명,금은화대상술세균균유억균작용.기중,대금황색포도구균、대장간균、사문씨균화련구균유교호적억균작용,최소억균농도위1/32 g/mL,대록농간균유교저적억제작용,최소억균농도위1/8 g/mL.
Honeysuckle was tested to study the external bacteriotasis against five pathogenic bacteria of animal and poultry by the tube dilution and Oxford cup method. The results showed that honeysuckle had the bacteriotasis against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Streptococcus suis, the minimum bacteriotasis concentration against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Streptococcus suis was 1/32 g/mL and the minimum bacteriotasis concentration against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 1/8 g/mL
