目的 研究虫草属新种-戴氏虫草菌丝体胞外水溶性多糖(CDP1)和粉被虫草菌丝体多糖(CPP1)在体外对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)吞噬功能和脾细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 MTT比色法测定淋巴细胞增殖,孔雀绿比色法测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,中性红比色法测定细胞毒淋巴细胞(CTL)活性。结果 CDP1在正常情况下不能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,而CPP1却有促进作用;在免疫抑制的情况下,一定浓度的戴氏虫草菌丝体胞外水溶性多糖和粉被虫草多糖能恢复提高吞噬功能。它们不仅能促进正常脾活化T淋巴细胞的增殖,而且能恢复环磷酰胺和氢化可的松抑制免疫小鼠脾活化T淋巴细胞的增殖。在合适的浓度下能增高小鼠脾CTL活性,同时在一定浓度下能恢复免疫抑制小鼠脾CTL活性。结论 两者具有增强免疫功能的作用。

목적 연구충초속신충-대씨충초균사체포외수용성다당(CDP1)화분피충초균사체다당(CPP1)재체외대소서복강거서세포(MΦ)탄서공능화비세포면역공능적영향。방법 MTT비색법측정림파세포증식,공작록비색법측정소서복강거서세포탄서공능,중성홍비색법측정세포독림파세포(CTL)활성。결과 CDP1재정상정황하불능촉진소서복강거서세포적탄서공능,이CPP1각유촉진작용;재면역억제적정황하,일정농도적대씨충초균사체포외수용성다당화분피충초다당능회복제고탄서공능。타문불부능촉진정상비활화T림파세포적증식,이차능회복배린선알화경화가적송억제면역소서비활화T림파세포적증식。재합괄적농도하능증고소서비CTL활성,동시재일정농도하능회복면역억제소서비CTL활성。결론 량자구유증강면역공능적작용。
Objective Cordyceps polysaccharide has important effects oninhibition of tumor, radio-protection and enhancement of immune response. In this paper ,the effect of Cordyceps taii polysaccharide (CDP1) and Cordyceps pruinosa polysaccharide(CPP1) on cellular immunological function of splenic T cell and MΦ phagocytosis in mice was investigated. Methods The proliferation of lymphocytes was measured with MTT assay, the activity of CTL cells was detected by colorimetric method of neutral red, MΦ phagocytosis was measured with colorimetric method of malachite green.Results Not only was the proliferation of activated splenic T cell enhanced, but also proliferation of activated splenic T cell in immune-inhibited mice was restored with CDP1 and CPP1 in vitro. It could promote CTL cytotoxity and M Φ phagocytosis in normal mice and immune inhibited mice.Conclusion Cordyceps taii polysaccharide and Cordyceps pruinosa polysaccharide can enhance the cellular immune functions in vitro.
