目的：研究平阳霉素(P)、鱼肝油酸钠(S)及地塞米松(D)联合治疗血管瘤的疗效及副反应。方法：50例海绵状血管瘤随机分为两组，A组瘤体内注射平阳霉素、鱼肝油酸钠及地塞米松，B组仅用平阳霉素及鱼肝油酸钠。结果：①50例血管瘤全部治愈，A组平均注射(3.65±0.12)次，B组平均注射(4.16±0.13)次，②注射平阳霉素后，A组3.85%发热，B组16.67%发热。③注射鱼肝油酸钠后，A组62.79%病例重度肿胀，B组86.53%重度肿胀。结论：①平阳霉素、鱼肝油酸钠及地塞米松联合治疗海绵状血管瘤可以缩短疗程。②地塞米松可以减轻平阳霉素及鱼肝油酸钠治疗血管瘤时副反应。
목적：연구평양매소(P)、어간유산납(S)급지새미송(D)연합치료혈관류적료효급부반응。방법：50례해면상혈관류수궤분위량조，A조류체내주사평양매소、어간유산납급지새미송，B조부용평양매소급어간유산납。결과：①50례혈관류전부치유，A조평균주사(3.65±0.12)차，B조평균주사(4.16±0.13)차，②주사평양매소후，A조3.85%발열，B조16.67%발열。③주사어간유산납후，A조62.79%병례중도종창，B조86.53%중도종창。결론：①평양매소、어간유산납급지새미송연합치료해면상혈관류가이축단료정。②지새미송가이감경평양매소급어간유산납치료혈관류시부반응。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of hemangioma in oraland maxillofacial region with PSD (Pingyangmycin,Sodium morrhuate and Dexamethasone) combination and unfavorable reactions in treatment precess.Methods:50 cases of the hemangiomas were divided into two groups randomly.The hemangiomas of the group A were injected with PSD and the group B with PS without D.Results:All lesions clinically disappeared or significantly shrinked.The patients of the group A visited us 3.65±0.12 times averagely,with 3.85% heat reaction after injected P and 62.77% highly swelling after injected S.There were 4.16±0.13 average treatment times,16.67% heat reaction and 86.53% apparently swelling in group B.Conclusions:PSD combined treatment hemangioma can shorten treatment process and reduced unfavorable reaction after injected S.
