在富钛精矿酸解所得的溶液中加入KCl，便形成以KAl(SO4)2为主的沉淀，过滤沉淀可以去除Al3+杂质。试验研究了KCl的加入量和溶液温度对Al3+沉淀率的影响。结果表明KCl的加入量大于溶液质量的20%、溶液温度为25℃时，Al3+沉淀率已达到75%以上，从而制备出了合格钛溶液。
재부태정광산해소득적용액중가입KCl，편형성이KAl(SO4)2위주적침정，과려침정가이거제Al3+잡질。시험연구료KCl적가입량화용액온도대Al3+침정솔적영향。결과표명KCl적가입량대우용액질량적20%、용액온도위25℃시，Al3+침정솔이체도75%이상，종이제비출료합격태용액。
KCl was added into rich titanium solution containing Al3+to produce KAl(SO4)2 as precipitate,Al3+in solution was removed.The quantity of KCl and temperature in solution influence deposition ratio of Al3+.The results show that precipitation of aluminium cations was more than75% when the mass of KCl was larger than 20% of the solution and temperature was 25℃,75% of Al3+ was removed.Thus the qualified titanium solution was got.
