以环戊烯为原料,采用钨酸催化剂合成戊二醛。用GH沉淀剂回收钨酸催化剂,同时将反应中间体进一步转化成戊二醛。确定了较佳合成工艺条件:n(H2O2)∶n(C5H8)=(2.00~2.05)∶1.00,m(H2WO4)∶m(C5H8)=(0.04~0.05)∶1.00,n(GH)∶n(H2WO4)=(1.05~1.10)∶1.00,沉淀反应时间6~7 h。戊二醛总收率65%以上。
以環戊烯為原料,採用鎢痠催化劑閤成戊二醛。用GH沉澱劑迴收鎢痠催化劑,同時將反應中間體進一步轉化成戊二醛。確定瞭較佳閤成工藝條件:n(H2O2)∶n(C5H8)=(2.00~2.05)∶1.00,m(H2WO4)∶m(C5H8)=(0.04~0.05)∶1.00,n(GH)∶n(H2WO4)=(1.05~1.10)∶1.00,沉澱反應時間6~7 h。戊二醛總收率65%以上。

Pentanedial was prepared with cyclopentene as raw material and tungstic acid as catalyst.The tungstic acid catalyst was recovered by GH deposition agent,and in the meantime the intermediate product was converted to pentanedial.Optimum synthetic technology conditions were n(H2O2)∶n(C5H8)=(2.00~2.05)∶1.00,m(H2WO4)∶m(C5H8)=(0.04~0.05)∶1.00,n(GH)∶n(H2WO4)=(1.05~1.10)∶1.00 and deposition reaction time 6~7 h.Yield of pentanedial was above 65%.
