目的：探索精神疾病患者的入院形式及其影响因素。方法：采取分层抽样的方法，对1999年6月至11月来成都市公安局、卫生局及民政局管理的三所精神病院新入院的313例精神疾病患者进行定式检查及简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定，并采用社会科学统计软件包进行统计分析。结果：自愿入住精神病院的占10.5%，非自愿入院89.5%。精神病复发而入院81.8%。入院时的陪送人员：配偶27.9%，父母21.8%，其他亲属15.4%。入院时完全无自知力占39.3%，大部分自知力丧失27.5%。明显社会功能障碍占85.9%。敌对性的OR为2.076(P＝0.000 ），自知力1.835(P＝0.000），概念紊乱1.484(P＝0.014）。结论：成都地区精神疾病患者是以非自愿入院为主。影响入院形式的主要因素依次为敌对性，自知力及思维障碍。

Objective：To investigate the admission patterns of the psy c hiatric patients and their influential f actors．Method：Stratified sampling，struct ured interview schedule and the Brief Ps ychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）were used to measure 313 psychiatric patients admitt ed to three mental hospitals in Chengdu． Statistical analysis was made by SPSS fo r Windows 8.0．Results：The results showed that the voluntary admission to hospital was 10.5％，and involuntary admission 89. 5％．The readmission rate was 81.8％．At the t im e of admission，the patients were accompa nied by spouse in 27.9％，by parents in 21.8％，an d by other relatives in 15.4％；39.3％ patie nt s had no insight，27.5％ had poor insight， and 85.9％ patients were disabled．OR：host ility 2.076（P＝0.000），insight 1.835（P＝0.0 00），and concept disorder 1.484（P＝0.014）．Co nc lusions：The involuntary admission to men tal hospital was the major pattern in Ch engdu city．The influential factors on ad mission were hostility，insight and thoug ht disorder．
