由于稠油段油层原油的粘度高,重烃组分所占比例大,因此造成采出井采出困难。为了寻求一种有效的微生物菌种对此类油层进行处理,在喇嘛甸油田东部过渡带地区稠油段油层4口井进行吞吐试验,并研究了该菌种在油层中的生长、繁殖、降粘、增油等状况,同时对其试验效果进行了评价。

The viscosity of crude oil from viscous oil reservoir is high and heavy hydrocarbon components constitute the majority. So, it is difficult to produce oil from production wells. In order to select one suitable microbien to effectively treat this kind of reservoir, a half and puff test is carried out in viscous layer of 4 wells in western transitional zone of Lamadian oil field. This paper studies the growth, procreation, viscosity reduction and oil stimulation of this kind of bacteria in oil reservoir, and evaluates the test results.
