目的:研究绞股蓝总皂苷(gypenosides,GPs)对小鼠Lewis肺癌肿瘤生长、脾淋巴细胞数及NK细胞活性的影响。方法:采用整体动物的抑瘤试验、脾淋巴细胞计数及NK细胞活性测定。结果:GPs对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用,在剂量10、20、40mg/kg腹腔注射(ip)给药条件下,其瘤重抑制率(TWI)分别为(29.8±1.3)%、(51.4±2.2)%和(50.0±1.6)%。同时,GPs ip给药后荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞总数明显增加,外周血NK细胞活性明显升高,脾NK细胞活性也明显升高。结论:GPs的抗肿瘤作用与其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的增强作用密切相关。

목적:연구교고람총조감(gypenosides,GPs)대소서Lewis폐암종류생장、비림파세포수급NK세포활성적영향。방법:채용정체동물적억류시험、비림파세포계수급NK세포활성측정。결과:GPs대소서Lewis폐암세포구유명현적억제작용,재제량10、20、40mg/kg복강주사(ip)급약조건하,기류중억제솔(TWI)분별위(29.8±1.3)%、(51.4±2.2)%화(50.0±1.6)%。동시,GPs ip급약후하류소서비림파세포총수명현증가,외주혈NK세포활성명현승고,비NK세포활성야명현승고。결론:GPs적항종류작용여기대하류소서면역공능적증강작용밀절상관。
Objective:To study the effects of Gypenosides(GPs) on neoplasm growth,total number of splenic cells and NK cell activity.Method:Anti-tumor experiment in mice was carried out and the total number of splenic cells and NK cell activity were determined.Result:GPs could significantly inhibit the growth of Lewis lung cancer in mice.The tumor weight inhibiting(TWI)rates was (29.8±1.3)%,(51.4±2.2)% and (50.0±1.6)% after ip GPs 10,20 and 40mg/kg,respectively.The total number of splenic cells and the NK cell activity of both peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL) and splenic cells were elevated.Conclusion:The anti-tumor effect of GPs is related to the elevated immunological function of tumor-grafted mice.
