目的：评价中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果，并试图揭示其机理。方法：应用中药补肾强身丸与凯司立-D治疗30例该病患者12周，观察临床症状、及生化指标的变化。结果治疗组，临床疗效明显高于对照组，骨密度未见明显改善，可提高雌激素水平，降低血清睾酮水平。结论：补肾强身丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松有一定效果。
目的：評價中藥治療絕經後骨質疏鬆癥的臨床效果，併試圖揭示其機理。方法：應用中藥補腎彊身汍與凱司立-D治療30例該病患者12週，觀察臨床癥狀、及生化指標的變化。結果治療組，臨床療效明顯高于對照組，骨密度未見明顯改善，可提高雌激素水平，降低血清睪酮水平。結論：補腎彊身汍治療絕經後骨質疏鬆有一定效果。
목적：평개중약치료절경후골질소송증적림상효과，병시도게시기궤리。방법：응용중약보신강신환여개사립-D치료30례해병환자12주，관찰림상증상、급생화지표적변화。결과치료조，림상료효명현고우대조조，골밀도미견명현개선，가제고자격소수평，강저혈청고동수평。결론：보신강신환치료절경후골질소송유일정효과。
Objective:To study the effects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine on postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) and try to reveal its mechanism.Methods:Thirty cases of PMOP were treated with Chinese Medicine Bushenqiangshen bolus (BSQSB) and Calcichew-D3 for 12 weeks.Observation on clinical symptoms,bone mineral density(BMD) and biochemical marks was carried out and statistical analysis for the above data before and after treatment performed.Results:The clinical effect of the therapeutic group with integration of BSQSB was obviously better than that of the control group.It could increase the level of serm E2,reduce the level of serum(testosterone),but couldn't improve BMD.Conclusion:PMOP can be treates with BSQSB.
