By discussion and investigation in this paper, the decision model of a software system for budget automation in water con
servancy and hydroelectricity engineering is established, and the system parameters of this model are analyzed. By combining the deci
sion model for project budget with computer science, it will lead itself to developing a software system for budget automation in water
conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering in future.
