本文于1998年对亚泰(深圳)国际学校230名中、小学寄宿生进行了营养调查,结果表明:学生摄取膳食蛋白质、热能能满足机体需要,但存在膳食结构不合理现象,部分营养素供给不足,如碳水化合物、钙、锌、维生素B1、B2,分别为供给量标准的66.8%、67.4%、82.7%、60.6%、54.1%。早餐热能偏低,仅占总热能的18.6%。小学生和男、女中学生贫血率分别为34.5%和11.4%、27.3%。肥胖率为5.20%。

본문우1998년대아태(심수)국제학교230명중、소학기숙생진행료영양조사,결과표명:학생섭취선식단백질、열능능만족궤체수요,단존재선식결구불합리현상,부분영양소공급불족,여탄수화합물、개、자、유생소B1、B2,분별위공급량표준적66.8%、67.4%、82.7%、60.6%、54.1%。조찬열능편저,부점총열능적18.6%。소학생화남、녀중학생빈혈솔분별위34.5%화11.4%、27.3%。비반솔위5.20%。
By investigating the nutritional condition of 230 middle school students and primary pupiles in Yatai (Shengzeng) interational school in 1997 ,the results showed that the intake of protein and energy in dietary can meet the needs of body. But there was unbalance of nutrients in dietary, some nutrients conldn't meet the requirements of body. For exmaple, the intake of carbohydrate、 Ca、 Zn、 vtamin B1、 vtamin B2 were: 66.8 %、 67.4 %、 82.7 %、 60. 6 %、 54. 1% of RDA respectively. The intake of energy was lower, 18. 6% of total energy in breakfast. The anaemia rate of the boys and girls of students were 11.4% and 27% respectively, the anaemia rate of the pupils was 34.5%. The fat rate was 5.2% of all the students and pupils.
