采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对德令哈地区56头柴达木黄牛和17头杂种黄牛的α-乳白蛋白(α-LA)和β-乳球蛋白(β-LG)进行分析。结果发现:(1)该地区柴达木黄牛的α-LA和β-LG位点均具有多态性,但α-LA位点的基因杂合度很低(0.0089)。(2)杂种牛的α-LA位点,只有α-LABB一种基因型而呈单态,β-LG位点有三种基因型而呈多态性,且基因杂合度较高(0.500)。

채용취병희선알응효전영법대덕령합지구56두시체목황우화17두잡충황우적α-유백단백(α-LA)화β-유구단백(β-LG)진행분석。결과발현:(1)해지구시체목황우적α-LA화β-LG위점균구유다태성,단α-LA위점적기인잡합도흔저(0.0089)。(2)잡충우적α-LA위점,지유α-LABB일충기인형이정단태,β-LG위점유삼충기인형이정다태성,차기인잡합도교고(0.500)。
56 Chaidamu yellow cattle and 17 crossbred cattle were used toanalyse α-lactalbumin(α-LA) and β-lactoglobulin(β-LG) by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1)There was a polymorphism on the loci of α-LA and β-LG for Chaidamu yellow cattle in the region.The gene heterozygosity on the locus of α-LA was very low(0.0089).(2)There was single α-LA BB phenotype on the locus of α-LA for crossbred cattle ,showing monomorphism.There were three phenotypes,showing polymorphism and the gene heterozygosity on the locus of β-LG was higher (0.5000).
