目的探讨老年人脑肿瘤发病的临床病理特点。方法收集了775例脑肿瘤病例，对其中99例老年病例的临床病理特点进行分析，并与老年前期及中青年病例进行比较。结果老年人的脑膜瘤、淋巴瘤、血管母细胞瘤及转移性肿瘤的发病率高于老年前期和中青年组(P＜0.01)，而其他肿瘤的发病率则低于老年前期和中青年组(P＜0.01)。结论老年人脑肿瘤不同于其他年龄，他们更容易发生脑膜瘤、淋巴瘤、血管母细胞瘤及转移性肿瘤。
목적탐토노년인뇌종류발병적림상병리특점。방법수집료775례뇌종류병례，대기중99례노년병례적림상병리특점진행분석，병여노년전기급중청년병례진행비교。결과노년인적뇌막류、림파류、혈관모세포류급전이성종류적발병솔고우노년전기화중청년조(P＜0.01)，이기타종류적발병솔칙저우노년전기화중청년조(P＜0.01)。결론노년인뇌종류불동우기타년령，타문경용역발생뇌막류、림파류、혈관모세포류급전이성종류。
Objective To investigate the pathological characteristic of the brain tumos in the aged. Methods 755 cases of brain tumor were selected . 99 aged cases were compared with the other ones among the 775 . Results In the aged , the rates of meningioma,lyphoma,hemangioblastoma and metastasis tumor were higher,and the rates of other brain tumors were lower than the control group. Conclusions In the aged, the brain tumor were different from those of theis younges controls. They suffer from meingioma,lyphoma,hemangioblastoma and metastasis tumor more often.
