目的　探讨美心力对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的治疗效果。方法　选择CHF心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级住院患者60例。随机分为治疗组30例，采用美心力和硝酸甘油联用；对照组30例，单用硝酸甘油。比较治疗前后两组的临床症状、体征和心功能分级、心功能指标，并观察疗效和记录有无副作用。结果　治疗组临床总有效率83．3％，对照组总有效率76．6％(P＜0．05)。心功能测定，治疗组治疗前后比较各项指标改善均有显著性差异(P＜0．01)，对照组收缩功能改善有显著性差异(P＜0．01)，舒张功能无改善(P＞0．05)。治疗组与对照组比较，收缩功能改善无差异(P>0．05)，而舒张功能改善有显著差异(P＜0．01)。治疗组在用药过程中未见毒副作用。结论　美心力是治疗CHF患者安全有效的药物，可作为CHF综合治疗药物之一用于临床。
목적　탐토미심력대충혈성심력쇠갈(CHF)환자적치료효과。방법　선택CHF심공능Ⅲ～Ⅳ급주원환자60례。수궤분위치료조30례，채용미심력화초산감유련용；대조조30례，단용초산감유。비교치료전후량조적림상증상、체정화심공능분급、심공능지표，병관찰료효화기록유무부작용。결과　치료조림상총유효솔83．3％，대조조총유효솔76．6％(P＜0．05)。심공능측정，치료조치료전후비교각항지표개선균유현저성차이(P＜0．01)，대조조수축공능개선유현저성차이(P＜0．01)，서장공능무개선(P＞0．05)。치료조여대조조비교，수축공능개선무차이(P>0．05)，이서장공능개선유현저차이(P＜0．01)。치료조재용약과정중미견독부작용。결론　미심력시치료CHF환자안전유효적약물，가작위CHF종합치료약물지일용우림상。
Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cAMP on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 60 patients with CHF ( NYHA class Ⅲ～Ⅳ) were treated in hospital, and were divided into two groups, cAMP group(n = 30) were treated with cAMP and nitroghycerin, control group (n= 30)were treated only with nitroglycerin. Before and after the treatment, clinical symptoms, singns, cardiac functional classes and inotropic indices of both groups were investigated, the side - effects were also observed and recorded. Results Total effective rate of the cAMP group was 83.3 % and the control group was 76.6% (P＜0.05) .After the treatment,cardiac function increased temmkabaly compared with before in the cAMP group( P < 0.01 ) ,the systolic function increased remarkabaly in the control group( P＜0.01 ) ,the diastolic function were not changed( P＞0.05) .After treament, compared with the conuol group,the systolic function not increased remarkabaly(P＞0.05) ,the diastolic function increased remarkabaly in the cAMP group( P＜0.01) .There were no significant side - effects observed in the cAMP group. Conclusions cAMP was a safe, effective drug for the patients with CHF, could be one of the effective drug to treat CHF.
